扬子晚报网2月24日讯（通讯员 潘超 张洋 王钰行 记者 张可）为进一步加强对辖区商户污水排放规范化管理，切实提升城市市容环境，近日，南京鼓楼城管大队华侨路中队及华侨路街道城市治理公众委员、志愿者持续加大对辖区商户污水排放监管整治力度。
中队执法人员在检查中发现，鼓楼区牌楼巷27号路边一处窨井盖溢出污水，对路边环境造成污染。中队执法人员立即对永庆巷27号沿街10余家餐饮商户进行调查，最终锁定了这家违法排放污水的店铺。中队执法人员立即联系该店负责人。经现场调查，该店没有向排水管网排放污水的许可证。该行为属于未取得《污水排入排水管网许可证》向城市排水设施排放污水，违反了《城市排水与污水处理条例》第二十一条第一款的规定。根据《城市排水与污水处理条例》第五十条第一款的规定，中队执法人员立即进行查处，下达了《责令改正(停止)违法行为通知书》，要求该店立即停止违法行为，补办相关手续，清理堵塞的井盖。
与此同时，近日，弋江门中队接到市民举报称，小区门前有不少小餐饮店在经营，生意不错，给居民带来了方便，但也带来了卫生不干净的问题。希望城管部门能规范管理。中队和城市治理公共委员会的执法人员来到现场调查，发现这里大约有十家小餐馆。由于早晚高峰时段食客流量大，很多店一大早就开门了。一些店家为了方便顾客购买，打起了店外经营的主意，在门前的马路上摆起了小桌子。针对这种行为，执法人员明确予以制止，并告知如果再被发现将严厉取缔。同时，针对餐饮店的排水问题，执法人员还对住户进行了逐一宣讲，提醒商户遵守城市治理相关法律法规，规范经营，自觉做好卫生秩序，确保干净整洁不留污渍。
